Since the release of Windows 7 has passed more than five years. If you prefer the Windows 7 interface, you can still get it.

Also, you can configure and customize the new version of Windows, so they are functionally equivalent to Windows 7.

Go to a technet even in your town. Next week I get a free copy of 7 ultimate to sit in a movie theater and listen to MS speak for half a day. On top of that you can win other stuff.

But dreamspark is the best way to get license to almost everything. Windows Server 2008 R2 is equivalent to Windows 7. You also have Server 2012 edition which is basically Win 8.
Just need to tweak a lot to make it feel like Win 7, but its worth it if you can’t buy the original Win 7.
