It looks like AT&T is preparing a soak test for Android 5.0 Lollipop on the 2014 Moto X. Some Moto X owners are reporting receiving survey invites asking them to participate in the test.
While the test hasn't started just yet, that invites are going out indicate that we should expect to see an update for the AT&T Moto X in the near future. Lollipop has already rolled out to the 2014 Moto X on Verizon, as well as the unlocked Moto X Pure Edition.

It was like opening a time capsule. What did we see in 2014? Htc has the "one M8" Samsung put out the "galaxy s5". We see the nexus 6 and the nexus 9. Oh and android 5.0 roll out for some devices including the 2014 Moto x.
That was fun, but now lets start looking to the future again.
